          or ask at the Marina Office for our latest listing. Discuss your requirements with
          oursales staff. Their help and advice is FREE.


  • Either make an appointment to VIEW the boats that interest you, or just visit
          any sales office at your convenience. Check out our office hours on the Offices
          pages on this web site. You are welcome to view anything or everything.


  • Ask for a SPECIFICATION SHEET on any boat that you might like to consider.
          Discuss any QUERIES you may have, and ask our advice on anything that
          concerns you.


  • Discuss your offer with any Walton Marine staff member. We will discuss your
          offer with the owner. This can be subject to:
          a) Demonstration,
          b) Finance,
          c) Survey,
          d) Personal circumstances.


  • Place a REFUNDABLE holding deposit with Walton Marine. This holds the boat
          "UNDER OFFER" in your name. Walton Marine arrange a DEMONSTRATION if
          necessary.


  • Finalise arrangements for:
          a) Survey,
          b) Finance & method of payment,
          c) Completion date (target)

  • APPROVAL of: a) Marine loan b) Surveyor's report.


  • Walton Marine arrange "CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP" and administrative paperwork
          and can help arrange Insurance, Moorings, Licence etc.


  • HANDOVER by Walton Marine staff member and/or owner with further demonstration
         and tuition if necessary.
